As these unique pieces are made especially for you, returning it not possible.  We advise you to review your sample before placing your order as the end result cannot be changed once you have approved your sample and placed your order. A 50% deposit is required for all custom orders once sample is approved with the final 50% due before despatch. Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks please email us at hello@maebal-loves.com with your enquiry.
